Louisiana has a burgeoning industrial sector that’s full of high skill and high wage jobs, many of which don’t require a 4-year degree. But the state has a continous problem of getting state residents to take these jobs. With research, they discovered that many Louisianans just didn’t know that they were available. Enter Louisiana Calling—a multi-agency effort to educate and connect Louisianans with the resources they need to get these great jobs.

Through the CSpence Group, I helped Louisiana Calling define their online presence by working on the campaign’s website. This work included writing all of its copy, content strategy for the different UX/UI flows and consulting with Pauby Widjaja, my design partner, on the site’s look and feel.
